Dalton April 3 Driver of the Week

Dalton Ledford, 7th grade at Swiss Point Middle School, St. Johns County, FL, is the Callahan Speedway Driver of the Week for April 3.

He started racing in January of this year. Dalton really likes watching NASCAR and had been asking his mother, Sheila, for a Go Kart for some time. His father is Mike Smiley.

His number, 14, is significant since it’s his birthday – August 14, 1996. He also uses this in baseball where he prefers to play 3d base.

His grandfather, Gary Ledford, is part owner of RPM Automotive.
